Women's Bible Study
Our Women's Bible studies are offered in the fall and the spring. A variety of Bible studies are available for you to choose. Each study allows you to study the Bible in-depth personally and in community with other women. Day and evening classes give women of all ages the opportunity to contemplate challenging life questions, go deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ and connect with other women in meaningful conversations about things that matter.

You don’t have anything to prove.
Too many of us walk through life feeling as if we don't measure up. We always seem to thirst for more. We think if we could only work harder or be better, we could be enough. But the truth is, we will never be enough. And thankfully, we don’t have to be.
Jennie Allen walks through key passages in the Book of John to demonstrate how only Jesus is enough. We don't have to prove anything because Jesus has already proven everything. Discover how our thirsty hearts can only be quenched by the living water.
- Learn to take hold of what has already been given to you in Christ
- Stop trying to prove yourself because Jesus has already proven everything
- Look to Jesus for your satisfaction
- Overflow with Christ’s abundance, and bring life to others
- Remind yourself of who you are in Christ with Scripture
FIGHT BACK WITH JOY (begins Sept 13)
"No matter who you are or your situation—Whether your life is marked by cloudless skies and serene seas or a torrential downpour and darkness, I believe God through the power of the Holy Spirit will do a robust work in your life through this study.” Margaret says, "Nothing has ever cost her more."
We are shaped by our adversity to reflect the glory of God. Learn to practice joy, defiant joy. Sooner or later, we find ourselves on the battlefield of life and struggle to know how to respond. But God says, "Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God's." (2 Chronicles 20:15). On that fateful day, King Jehoshaphat and his army marched forward rejoicing. Though we can choose from many weapons, God wants to empower us to fight back with joy. This Bible study will help you embrace a life that's richer and fuller than you've ever known before—a life radiant with joy.
What do we do when God interrupts our lives? Many times, like Jonah, we run! In this Bible study, Priscilla redefines interruption and shows that interruption is actually God's invitation to do something beyond our wildest dreams. When Jonah was willing to allow God to interrupt his life, the result was revival in an entire city
We were never meant to take this journey of faith alone or in secret. God has entrusted us with the great and mighty gift of the gospel, something too precious and life-giving to keep to ourselves.
In this 6-session Bible study, Beth will encourage you to guard what God has entrusted to you, further His kingdom by sharing Christ with others, and pour into future generations just as Paul once mentored Timothy. Because in this journey of joy and hardship, we need each other to stay the course and live a life of faithfulness.
iMoms is a study for mom with children of ALL ages. We believe that in order to best follow Christ in motherhood, we need to be intentional moms (iMoms) who lead with joy and grace for others and ourselves. Following God intentionally helps us to love our families well and grow closer to Him.
“All of us as moms, struggle to keep it all together sometimes. The battle for Jesus to reign in our hearts and through our emotions is a fight we all face every day. The good news is that we don’t have to battle alone. This is a resource filled with real life stories to strengthen and encourage you that the battle can be won by God’s grace and wisdom.”
The Promised One provides a fresh look at the book of Genesis, leading women in discovering how its stories, symbols, people, and promises point to Christ. Over ten weeks of study, participants will see Christ as the agent of creation, the offspring who will crush the head of the serpent, the ark of salvation, the source of the righteousness.
- Make new discoveries of Jesus as seen in the shadows of the Old Testiment;
- Apply the Gospel found in Genesis to issues such as shame, fear and the desire for security and significance.
- Develop your longing for what is ahead when the world is once again made new.
God's heart is moved by your cries for help, your shouts for joy, your unspoken worries. We know Him to be a God of unparalled power and authority, but Mark's account of Jesus paints Him as a deeply personal and intimate God too.
In this study, follow Jesus through His days of early ministry all the way to the cross. It's there we discover what it means to be the recipients of His excessive compassion and the very reason for His all-consuming passion.
Every woman will eventually face it: the temptation to give in and give up. But something transformative happens when a woman decides to persevere in the face of difficulty and pain. A woman who refuses to quit, influences her world in ways she could never have imagined.
In this study, Nicki Koziarz walks women through the Book of Ruth, focusing on the Moabite woman’s five practical habits that kept her eyes on God:
- Ruth accepted the assignment of refinement
- Followed through on her commitments despite her feelings
- Remained open to the movement of God
- Gave others what she needed
- Moved forward in faith.
