Mothers of Preschoolers

MOPS is about ...

Celebrating motherhood

Meeting needs

Making connections

Experiencing God’s love...through relationships and resources.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single, and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.

MOPS provides a safe, loving environment where moms have the opportunity to make new friends, share experiences, and laugh together. Moms learn biblical principles pertaining to womanhood, parenting, and marriage. MOPS also provides opportunities for social outings throughout the year in the form of play dates and Moms’ Nights Out.

The cost for Hopeful Heart MOPS helps offset expenses. The per semester amount is scaled based on the number of children needing childcare during meetings:

  • $65 - 1 child
  • $70 - 2 or more children
  • $60 - 0 children

You may join at any point in the year; dues are pro-rated based on when you start. Scholarships and payment arrangements are available. The membership includes meetings, speakers, crafts, MOPS International membership, MOPS International welcome kit, and Hello, Dearest subscription. Your first meeting is FREE, so please come and check us out!

MOPS, Hopeful Heart

In 2015-2016, the MOPS theme of “A Fierce Flourishing” encourages us to become more ourselves by celebrating lavishly, embracing rest, and noticing goodness. This year we will focus on gratitude and hope leading to a celebration of freedom. Come and join us to experience your own Fierce Flourishing!
