Regather this Sunday for In-person or Online Worship

     January 17  |  9:15 & 10:45am

Dear Church,

Join us for a Day of Prayer with. We will be reopening our campus or you can join us online. We paused our physical gatherings after our church experienced a significant spike in COVID-19 cases in early December. Watching our Life Groups pour love on those hurting during this season has brought joy during a difficult time. The words of Jesus have been experienced: “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Well done, church family.

We are grateful that God has been answering prayers and the cases in our church family are going back down. We believe it is time to gather again. However, we must learn from what happened a month ago. Because the COVID-19 hospitalization numbers in Collin County have continued to go up, in addition to our disinfecting between all gatherings in all rooms, we are temporarily changing some of what we will do on stage as well as asking all who come to adhere to:

  • Additional spacing in the worship center: We will leave up the ropes and add blue tape back to our pews. We ask you to sit with the group you came to church with in front of the tape.
  • Mask REQUIRED while on campus: (10 years old and up) We will have masks and face shields available for any who need them.

We understand that some of you do not feel comfortable gathering and some of you will not feel comfortable gathering with these restrictions. Please continue to join us for worship online and our Life Groups through zoom or in homes. If you have interest in joining a group, email Ryan Tew ([email protected]).
This is not permanent. We believe these steps will allow our multi-generational church to gather wisely during this season. Childcare will be provided during services, and the Student and Children’s Ministries will continue with their regular schedule on Sundays and Wednesdays.

We are encouraged by the maturity of our body and the support you extend to our church leadership as we seek to follow Jesus through this time. We will stay focused on our mission to live and love like Jesus. We will continue to pray for wisdom, extend Grace to others and pursue connection. God has big plans to work through His church for His glory and His purposes in 2021. We thank God for you.
