Women's Bible Study

Our Women's Bible studies are offered in the fall and the spring.  A variety of Bible studies are available for you to choose.  Each study allows you to study the Bible in-depth personally and in community with other women.  Day and evening classes give women of all ages the opportunity to contemplate challenging life questions, go deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ and connect with other women in meaningful conversations about things that matter. Feasts of the Bible (6 weeks)

God commanded the children of Israel to observe feasts and holy days as memorials to the great things that He had done in their lives. These are the same holidays that Jesus observed all through his life. See how these special days point to Jesus as the promised Messiah. The study will cover feasts such as Passover, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and many more. This Bible study will show you how the feasts are still relevant for our lives today.

The city of ancient Corinth was much like our own modern-day cities--a melting pot of culture filled with many pitfalls of spiritual depravity. Paul wrote to the church of God in Corinth to show them how through God to thrive in any city and every circumstance in which we find ourselves. Kelly Minter will lead you through 2 Corinthians to learn how to live as new creations under the grace of Jesus.
 
Discerning the Voice of God (7 weeks)

Do you feel that the ability to hear God's voice is for other people and not for you? Is it only for people who lived in Biblical times? The God who loved you enough to die for you loves you enough to talk to you. And wherever you are in your spiritual walk, God will find a way to speak to you in a way you will understand. Become acquainted with the Voice that has spoken from a fire and a cloud, with visible signs and an invisible Spirit, through a burning bush and burning hearts. Hear from some of the most well-known Christians in history about how God speaks to them, and discover for yourself how you can discern the voice of God.

God of the Covenant - A study of Genesis 12-50, (10 weeks)

Joshua… Winning the Worry Battle (11 weeks)

Do you want to win your battle against worry? Whether it's family, job, finance, or faith, you can learn to overcome by following the example of Joshua and the Israelites. Even though God had given them the land of Canaan 400 years prior, they still had to go in and claim it as their own. Discover how God paved the way to victory for His people when they showed up and fought in faith. Whatever your personal worries may be, you can show up and fight with the practical tools offered in this study.
 
Numbers…Learning Contentment in a Culture of More (6 weeks)

By exploring the book of Numbers, we can come to identify the reasons for our complaining. Learn how to find contentment while being authentic about the difficulties of life. You will recognize the relationship between complaining and worry, and discover how to realign with God's character and promises.
