Neighbors, Nations &
the Next Generation

Every person can have a part in reaching the unreached through prayer. Click the above link to find specific prayer requests from ministries locally and around the world.
We participate in God’s mission is through giving. Missionaries cannot go unless they are sent and this requires supporting them financially.
Our prayer is that God will not only allow us to partner with others in local, national and international missions, but we can also send our own! Whether that be short, mid, or long-term, we want to be a church that is going.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

At First McKinney, missions is in the DNA of who we are. It’s about living and loving like Jesus so that our neighbors, the nations and the next generation will follow Jesus.  Lives have been changed in the name of Jesus Christ - those who go, those who receive, and those who encourage, support, and send. Through the years, we have gone from sending a few to realizing that the LORD God wants each of us to be on mission. We are “His witnesses” prepared to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever we may go. Jesus Christ wants each and every person to hear His story of redemption and He uses us to tell that story.

Together as a church, we support ministries here at home and around the world to see lives transformed with the gospel
message of Jesus. Our mission partners are involved in church planting, Christ-centered compassion and mobilization.
