Join us for an outdoor evening of prayer and worship as we gather to seek the Lord and lift our voices in praise. Together, we’ll make space for intentional, expectant prayer, worship, celebration, and reflection.

2027 Deacon Nominations Are Open
Deacons play an important role in serving and caring for our church family as we seek to make disciples who live and love like Jesus. These servant leaders demonstrate a heart for God, a commitment to His Word, and a willingness to serve others.
As we prepare for 2027, we invite our church family to prayerfully consider individuals who demonstrate the biblical qualities of a deacon found in Acts 6:1-7 and 1 Timothy 3:8-12.
Nominations are open through Dec. 31. Each nomination must be supported by five church members. Click below to print the nomination form. Complete your form and email it to Delores at delores@firstmckinney.com.

VESSELS
VESSELS meets in the Kids Theater every Tuesday from 6:15-7:45 PM. During club meetings, 3rd-6th grade girls learn about women of the Bible, make crafts, dance, sing and earn keepsake jewelry by memorizing scripture.

This is a special event for just our 4th & 5th graders! They are invited to come early and have dinner and fellowship before midweek. It is $5 for pizza, cookie and a drink.

Incredible Friday
Incredible Friday is a monthly respite ministry for families that have children with special needs. Parents drop off their children, including siblings without disabilities, at First McKinney for an evening of fun. Due to overwhelming interest and the safety of our participants and volunteers, registrations will be limited.

Parent-Child Dedication is a special opportunity for parents to publicly commit to raising their child to know and follow Jesus. Families will be recognized during a Sunday service as Pastor Sam prays over each child and family. We would be honored to celebrate this meaningful step with you.
