The security of the information that you provide to us is very important to us. Consequently, we have taken several measures designed to protect your information. All transactions involving sensitive information, such as your credit/debit card number and expiration date, are conducted using a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This connection provides increased security to the information as it is transmitted to our website. In the event that our security system is breached, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.  Payments collected through ACS Realm (our online database) is transacted securely through Realm's third-party partnership with Vanco Payment Solutions, a copy of Vanco's privacy policies can be found online.

How does ACS Realm protect your information?

First McKinney protects the privacy of children.

First McKinney is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children. First McKinney does not knowingly accept personally identifiable information from children who are under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.  Parents who wish to make adjustments to consent may do so in writing.  Please email the desired consent adjustments to children@firstmckinney.com.

ACST is committed to the safe protection of your children online and we adhere to the COPPA Act to the best of our ability. Our Websites and web-based Services are intended to help churches, schools, and other organizations fulfill their missions. They are not intended for, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 13.

We are not responsible for the way Customers use our Services, nor are we responsible for their content. Anytime you use our Websites or Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. Customers must ensure that anyone using our Services is over 13 years old.
