Parenting is hard work.
Parenting a child/teen with ADHD feels like an impossible challenge.

ADHD Seminars provide resources, support and encouragement to parents with children/teens with ADHD. This group helps parents see that they are not alone in the journey. Most meetings will include a professional speaker (educator, counselor or medical professional) sharing their knowledge from the field of ADHD treatment, research and education. Seminars will provide a community for parents to connect and share resources and referrals. Learn how to help your child succeed and thrive in his/her world.

“The hardest thing about ADHD is that it’s ‘invisible’ to outsiders. People just assume that we are not being good parents and that our child is a brat, when they don’t have an idea how exhausted we truly are.”

In an ADHD Seminar, you will:

  • Find people who understand your questions, frustrations and challenges.
  • Learn practical information that will help you support, advocate and encourage your child to succeed.
  • Share your experiences with a group that listens.
  • Receive valuable resources from experts in the field.
  • Become part of a community of parents.
  • Discover hope for the future. from the pain of grief and loss.
